Directions
- Pour vegetable oil about 1-2 inches deep in large skillet and heat
- Mix Worchestershire sauce + salt + pepper + other seasonings to your liking
- Marinate pork loin chops in sauce
- Dip pork loin chops in flour, coat heavily
- Drop coated pork loin chops into vegetable oil and cook until done, cook one side, then flip and finish it off
- Serve with mashed potatoes and other delicious sides.
