Strawberry Mint topping on Vanilla Icecream

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash strawberries
  2. Remove greens from strawberries
  3. Slice strawberries into four pieces each.
  4. Place in a food chopper (one that can produce chunks)
  5. Add mint leaves to flavor. About 1-2 leaves per 4 strawberries
  6. Add a small amount of balsamic vinegar (refer to image for example consistency)
  7. Chop. Leave chunks of strawberry. The extra strawberry juice will provide a nice topping consistency.
  8. Put on 2-3 scoops of icecream and enjoy!
  9. Store in fridge in a sealed container.
